And Now The Cat Can Say He Is An Amazon Best Seller At His Bay!
It is a wannabe hand stand,
As they gaze across the land.
So who gives a umm cluck,
It's a talking duck.
Also your teeth will shine.
They will always look divine.
So well in fact,
You'll smile even when doing an evil act.
And we could save on cat food.
With mice as big as any dude.
They would last this cat a year.
Although they look like they could cause fear.
Looking up is a sport.
You don't even need a court.
Just look up and make a funny face,
Much easier than a three legged race.
Mice wave as they get eaten.
Knowing they are beaten.
Also a cat can moo?
Hmm that just would not do.
All would be thin.
Now there is a win.
Or at least curve so well,
Their rump could ring the doorbell.
Bears hibernate no longer.
This makes their color stronger.
Then like Lance Armstrong they juice.
I guess they like to bounce and let loose.
Brains move to your belly,
Making certain movements less smelly.
They even have a mind of their own.
A brain giving a brain groan.
The farm will come alive.
If the cat let's the rooster survive.
And that fact still holds true,
Shiny teeth, even if only two.
More mice on display.
Cartoon world just makes my day.
And you can even have a red nose,
No one cares even if it glows.
Could even go green,
With a flying pony scene.
No more need for planes,
Except maybe if it rains.
I could go all cliche,
With a that's all folks at my bay.
But I just have to say,
Animals grow, humans shrink, but that's okay!
Did you get them all? That last one doesn't count at my hall. A dead giveaway with it's looney display. Doesn't cartoon land sound fun? I could eat and run. Mice do seem to show in mass but that works for my always hungry little rhyming ass.
Experience spring, have a fling.
"gummy bears bouncing here and there and everywhere..." loved that tune, and I had bed covers from the Chip 'n Dale show.
ReplyDeleteCongrats Rock
Delete# 1 and don't know it
Let's hear you crow it
Hurray for the girls
It's time we got pearls.
Disney sure had great tunes
DeleteFor their cartoons
And she did not even crow
About being 1st at my show
Whooo Whooo..... We like it when a female is #1.
DeleteSorry Hank!
And John... I am rooting for you but you must need a faster computer.
John did get it once at my sea
DeleteJust barely
Could it be I'm number 1
ReplyDeleteDamn, oh so close. Beat by a rock, only in cartoon world
DeleteOh wow we actually beat hank to it!
DeleteTwo beat Hank
DeleteI guess today he walked the plank
Loony Toons
ReplyDeleteand certainly
outshines the rest.
A duo they
did always use
to light one
another's fuse.
Coyote wily
did never win
when Roadrunner ran
straight for his den.
In Duck Season
Rabbit Season
Daffy did lose
when Elmer blew
his bill askew.
Oh Bugs he
was smug
but right to be
as never a battle
was lost by he.
Congratulations on being an Amazon bestseller Cat. It was all down to me you know. Buying your books like I do.
Yeah all down to you
DeleteHere at my zoo
We will pretend it was that
As Coyote Wily goes splat
Of course it was down to me Cat. Your success is due to your fans and not to your ability. Or have I got that backwards. I'm going to have to stop drinking gin so early in the day...
DeleteFigures you were drunk
DeleteHope you didn't smell like a skunk

Not all because of me
Because of a certain kiddie
Muppet Babies I forgot all about

Congratulations on being a best seller! Yay for you! My daughter used to like My Little Ponies (or whatever those rainbow horse things are). She was obsessed with them!
ReplyDeletehaha obsessed is grand
DeleteFor such things in cartoon land
I did not know them all
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm too old at my hall!
I like the old ones, each movement drawn by hand
instead of computerized all over the land.
And congrats on the best seller status
we'll make you a crown out of lettuce.
hahahahaha.
They were all drawn by hand
DeleteBefore computer land
You are just out of sync
With the ones at my rink
Cassie would eat that crown
And she sure would not frown
Cartoons make for a fun blog post,
ReplyDeleteYour 'C' gets a laugh ahead of most.
Couldn't even imagine what all of them be
for many a cartoon I never did see.
Seen most as a child
DeleteWent cartoon wild
But still watch a few
Here at my zoo
I love cartoons. They are great for a lot of laughs. I went poetic too today though talking about Clerihews.

And yeah Gummi Bears were fun
As they bounced around under the sun
Best seller, oh my!
ReplyDeleteKudos on the fly!
My kids loved Lion King;
For me, Pink Panther was the coolest thing.
Must be the power of the cat
To mesmerize a whole family like that.
The cat can bring them in
DeleteAt each and every bin
I used to love some of those and when my daughter was little so did she.
ReplyDeleteDon't make them like that
DeleteMuch more at any mat

ReplyDeleteI just found you through A to Z. New follower here.

Tom & Jerry - one of my all time fav's!
ReplyDeleteSure a fun one
DeleteTo give a run
Look at you at the top of tellers!
ReplyDeleteGreat to see TUNE among the best sellers.
Must say my prayers for those colorful bears.
A great toon they were—couldn't be beat.

That Tom and Jerry?
ReplyDeleteMan they were funny!
But, to put it fairly:
they weren't Bugs Bunny.
Can't beat what's up doc
DeleteAs they loonies sure flock
Hey cartoon
ReplyDeletePrepare to meet thy dune
See you soon.
You Loony Tune...
Loony I can be
DeleteBut it never bothers me

So there is a perk to your brain sliding down to your belly after all. Good to know. :D
ReplyDeleteIs it sad that I know most of these cartoons?
Yeah I nice big perk
DeleteIt can even give a smirk
Not sad at all
Means you are knowledgeable at your hall
ReplyDeleteI already know which is my favorite and it surprised me - the eyelastin quad. I love the looks I can get with this. It's a definite winner. Of course the whole box is great.
Err umm okay
DeleteI'll nod and agree at my bay
The fact that I recognized most of these resulted in a lot of nostalgia.
ReplyDeleteAnd also means that I'm getting old. ._.
Yeah age is creeping up on us all
DeleteQuite nostalgic too at my hall
My youngest still watch some of these, so I am quite familiar with them...ha..ha...and Congrats on your latest book being no. 1 ~

Uh oh! We aren't going to say how many of those cartoon characters we didn't know! But concats on another fine book published!
ReplyDeleteDid not know them all?
DeleteShame on you at my hall haha
The Human cannot tell a tale.
ReplyDeleteOn cartoons she used to bail,
& how she hated Chip & Dale!
Popeye too when he set sail--
Even Bugs Bunny made her wail.
So I guess it's really beyond the pale
To think she'd be anything but epic FAIL!
Forgot about that sailor man
DeleteOf him I wasn't too much of a fan
Geez the human really dislikes them at you zoo
Not even one or two
oh my heart just skipped a beat at the Duck Tales!!! LOVE it so much. And a best seller! Bravo to you!!!!!!
